Golden Goblet Inn

Rules, abided through the Inn.

1. Do not ignore the players that are roleplaying. If there's a chance you can RP with the players that are trying to interact, please try and include them somehow, or encourage them to include themselves! We know some people have their 'clicks', as we call them, but we try to avoid that in this particular roleplay atmosphere. This is due to the fact that many of it exist anyway.

* Favoritism/Cliques: Probably the biggest problem in RP history. We are all guilty of liking a certain person or prefer certain company over others. Considering we are a small group of roleplayers, I want to personally discuss this now so we don't end up like these bigger rps that shut certain people out. Try and RP with different people, even with other characters, and make this place not like. I will not tolerate it.

2. When RP is active, keep all OOC in (( brackets )) along with keeping it in the channel #GGI*OOCduring our session. This avoids any confusion, while keeping the channel clean of any OOC action during roleplay.

3. You must give permission before you engage any death for a particular character. Do not kill a character unless that person allows it.

​

* That being said, if you engage a rather hardcore session that deals with fighting, be sure you are capable of handling it. There is a likely chance your character may die.

4. This is a PG-16 channel/rp, meaning some things are allowed, such as graphical terms of blood and violence, and some minor sexual suggestions. However, any strong sexual scenes shall be taken to another channel or in PMs, to avoid anyone getting offended by the scenes.

5. The main setting is the Inn, however, everyone is welcomed to set their own scenes out of the Inn and into the town itself. More can be explained in the Setting Page.

6. Do NOT harrass the players! We all come here to have fun, so no drama, whatsoever.

​

7. This is a Medieval/Fantasy rpg. Meaning that nothing modern can be used in our channels, anything that hasn't been created as of yet. No guns, no strange technology. If we plan to do some sort of "time warp" plot, that will be expected, but until then, keep it out, please.

8. Posts must be beyond 3 lines (sentences). The more descriptive, the better the response.

9. No godmoding, powergaming, or using over-powered characters that are considered 'deathless'. We want this to be a fair roleplay environment for -everyone-, therefore, please be sure that the character you are using is balanced. There will be a character help section on the website soon to help you!
